Terms of website use
The content on every Boho and Flora website page is to provide you, the user, with general information about our services and how to process an order. Our good and services are subject to change without notice and every attempt is made to be up-to-date with current information and pricing. However, Boho and Flora does not warrant their descriptions, dates and pricing are always without human error and does not claim that every botanical shown on the site will always be in stock. As flowers are natural they are subject to seasonal changes. By using our website you acknowledge that every attempt is made to ensure that our information is up to date but may have inaccuracies.

It is your own responsibility as the consumer to ensure that the information and products on our website meet your specific requirements. As such, Boho and Flora and all maintainers and contributors are not liable.
All sizes and dimensions provided on the Boho and Flora website are an approximation and variances may occur. As flowers are a natural product no two items are the same, however Boho and Flora will always endeavour to be as consistent as possible and true to the images provided on the Boho and Flora website. By using this website, any dispute that arises out of such use is subject to the laws currently presiding in New Zealand.
All orders placed on www.bohoandflora.com may take up to 5 business days for processing and an additional 1 – 5 business days for postage. We at Boho and Flora do not take any responsibility for parcels late or undelivered as a result of the third party postal service used by Boho and Flora. Should you urgently require a parcel we urge you to contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss options before proceeding with an order.
Note: Due to the current pandemic, shipping times have been unpredictable and may be delayed. Because of this, we are unable to guarantee exact shipping dates.
As flowers and botanicals are a natural product some colour/size/style variations may occur. We do not offer or provide returns or exchanges on these items for change of mind so we advise to please choose carefully. Images provided on our website are for illustrative purposes only and therefore there may be variations to the images used on the website. We will not accept the return or exchange of any flowers due to any variation between the flowers you receive and reference images on this website unless damaged. Upon receiving your botanicals, please allow some time for them to fluff out and resume their natural shape. It is reasonable to assume that transportation may cause flattening. If this is the case, please handle the Botanicals with care and gently move them back into position. Some light shedding is normal and is not deemed to be faulty or damaged. Our arrangements are hand made to order, as such bouquets will need to amended slightly at times with changes in season and stock availability. However, we at Boho and Flora endeavour to maintain the colour/style of the arrangement as close as possible. As they are a hand made product and no two botanicals are alike, no two arrangements will ever be exactly the same.
Pricing and payment
Our pricing on the Boho and Flora website will be in accordance with our then current price list which will be advised to you prior to you placing an order and making payment. All prices provided by us are subject to alteration without prior notice. We will not change the price of any goods after we accept your order. Pricing is final and any reductions in price after the point of sale will not be refunded.
All payments must be made via a credit card provider, or by bank transfer to our nominated bank account. If goods are paid for via a credit card provider, we reserve the right to charge you a credit card processing fee equal to the amount that we incur for processing the payment.
Failure to pay
In terms of custom orders or wedding bouquets;
Failure to pay for your order will mean we will not commence processing the order until payment is received and/or we will not provide you with the goods or arrange delivery until payment is received.
All timelines provided to the client commence once payment has been made not on order confirmation.
The Boho and Flora website contains information and materials which is owned by and licensed to the website owners. The owned materials include, but are not limited to, images, logos, design, layout, descriptions and content.
All Boho and Flora content published on this site is the intellectual property of Boho and Flora, and as such is protected by New Zealand and international copyright law. It is a criminal offence to replicate, use or copy any materials and information belonging to Boho and Flora.

Because we, at Boho and Flora, value your privacy, we have taken all necessary precaution in accordance with national and international law. We will never distribute your personal information and contact details with any third party without your consent. We do, however, collect your information when you subscribe to our newsletter, fill out an online form, or respond to our surveys. We may collect your information when you fill out an online form, enter a giveaway or subscribe to
All weddings and events require a non-refundable deposit/ booking fee which will go towards your final balance. Payment of this deposit/ booking fee means you have agreed to our Terms of Service. The acceptance of the Terms of Service and deposits paid guarantees the date is booked. The precise content of the proposal with regard to colour, floral variety, and creative direction, remain a fluid collaboration between Boho and Flora and the client up until (4) four weeks prior to the date of event. The balance is due and payable in full (4) four weeks prior to the date of the event. At this time all final creative details are also finalised. Changes to an order must be made at least (4) four weeks before delivery.
Boho and Flora will begin to place orders for the product needed for your wedding or event after the final balance is paid. We are unable to place orders prior to receiving your final balance. In the event of cancellation, all payments already made are non-refundable. All rented or borrowed equipment will be collected and inventoried by Boho and Flora post event. A charge will be made for any equipment that is damaged or lost based upon the retail cost. All vase-ware, props and accessories remain the property of Boho and Flora (unless otherwise stated in writing) and must not be taken off site from the venue without the prior written consent from Boho and Flora.
The Flowers and Services may be revised and changed twice prior to the Event, providing that:
a) the changes are made at least 30 days prior to the Event.
b) any additional costs due to the amendments are paid for by the Customer.
Any additional changes required by the Customer where a new Quote is issued (over and above the Amendment Terms as described in this clause will incur an administration fee of $100 per revision.
Due to COVID-19 we are waiving all postponement fees for 12 months from date of original booking. Any additional postponements will incur a fee of $100. A minimum of 30 days notice is required for postponements or your deposit will be forfeited and a new date will need to be booked. In the event of a level 3 or 4 lockdown in New Zealand that affects your wedding date, all payments already made are non-refundable and will be transferred to your new date. If your flower order has been placed, we will work with our flower broker to try and cancel your flower order. If some or all of your flowers are unable to be cancelled from the growers we will work with our broker to try and on-sell your flowers to other florists (however this cannot be guaranteed). If they are unable to be on-sold, the client will be responsible for the additional cost of flowers only and we can try to organise for them to be delivered to you.
Your final balance paid from your invoice will be transferred to your new date.
Please note that in the event of change of mind or cancellation, all payments already made are non-refundable. Deposits paid to secure a wedding or event date are unable to be used as a credit towards delivery bouquets or another event.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
New Zealand Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for damages and defects, and compensation for any reasonable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality as deemed reasonable by Boho and Flora. These terms and conditions will apply only to which they do not interfere with the New Zealand Consumer Law.
We at Boho and Flora value our customers and want you to be in love with your new purchase. If products received are faulty or damaged, we will review the claim and provide a refund or replace the items within 15 business days of return email received if we deem the items to be faulty/damaged as described. Please email us at email@example.com to begin the returns process. Please make sure to include photos of any damage including the packaging it arrived in. We will not accept refunds or returns to faulty/damaged goods if proof of damage is not provided to us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. With botanical arrangements, as per the information provided on our website at time of purchase,
each bouquet is hand made and seasonal flower supplied, bouquets may need to be amended slightly at times. Our team will always stay true to the essence of the bouquet depicted in the photo but no two will ever be exactly the same.
How to return an item
If we agree in writing to a return of goods, you must;
1) post the goods back to us in their original condition, including all tags attached and original packaging.
2) Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the return postage tracking number. If goods are posted to us without a tracking number, we will not send a replacement or issue a refund until the returned goods arrive at our premises.
You will be solely responsible any shipping costs related to the return of goods unless the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect item received due to a Boho and Flora error.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
With some love and care your dried and preserved flowers can last for many years, perhaps everlasting. To prolong their lifespan we recommend a regular dusting, taking care while doing so as they are fragile. Keep the flowers away from moisture to avoid any wilting or transfer of colour. Keep out of direct sunlight to avoid yellowing and fading. We do not recommend placing any dried botanicals in bathrooms or wet areas and are not designed to be outdoors.
